Coronado is an internationally renowned tourist destination,
made famous over the years by its rich history, idyllic setting,
and unique ocean village atmosphere. Located across the bay
from San Diego, this
13.5 square mile community is home to three world-class resorts,
training facilities for the Navy’s elite SEAL teams, and one
of Southern California’s most desirable residential communities.

Coronado from the sky!
Coronado, often called “Coronado Island,” is actually a peninsula
connected to the mainland on the south via the six-mile Silver
Strand scenic highway. The 2.5 mile Coronado Bridge also connects
the community to San Diego providing quick access to San Diego
International Airport and an abundance of cultural and spectator
sports events.
Coronado is a uniquely enchanted village enjoying a near-perfect
climate. The village provides a stable and secure setting for
residents and businesses alike. It’s a great place to live and
work with an unsurpassed quality of life. The quiet tree-lined
streets, friendly neighborhoods and healthy economy are truly
deserving of the name: Coronado - the Crown City.
The Coronado Public Schools are renowned in the area for quality
of instruction as well as the quality educators. The schools
consistly earn high API scores as well as graduating a very
high percentage of high school seniors to the college level.

School Information
Coronado is a wonderful place to spend a lifetime. If you are
not yet ready to move to our little bit of paridise, consider
taking a "test drive" and renting a condo on the island
for a month or more.
Rentals:
Although I personnaly specialize in "sales", our office
has many rentals available for all times of the year. Book well
in advance for the holiday season and for summer as these peak-season
times are usually taken at least 3-6 months in advance. Coronado
City law prohibits the rental of a private condo or home for
less than 30 consecutive days (time-shares excluded). Coronado
